Security Management - Access Configuration Table

Objective

The software access table allows to know, in real time, which users are connected to maestro*.

The Mobile tab shows which users have "standard" and "employee" licences.

 

Steps

 

maestro* > Maintenance > General Maintenance > Processing > Security Management > Access Configuration Table icon

 

Viewing System Accesses

  1. Users that are currently signed in to maestro* are displayed under the maestro* tab.
  2. Click on the Refresh icon to force an update and display all the new users connected to maestro*.

 

Assigning Employee Licenses En Masse

  1. When in the Mobile tab, click on the Mass creation of users with maestro*MOBILE Employee licenses icon.
  2. If needed, in the window that appears, find the users that are already linked to a user code to which you wish to assign an employee license and click on the Filter Data According to Specified Parameters icon.
  3. If an employee does not have a user code, indicate the in the Default Values section how to create their code and to which user group they should be integrated.
  4. If applicable, manually add employees in the grid using the controls of the Employee column.
  5. Click on the Apply icon to create the employee licenses in maestro*MOBILE.
